How to Get Involved <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

To explore sponsorship and exhibition opportunities or to request a sponsorship package, please contact us at eva.mueller@uni-regensburg.de or werner.kunz@uni-regensburg.de.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All amounts stated are inclusive of taxes. After registration and expression of interest in a specific sponsorship package, a sponsorship agreement will be sent to you. Once you confirm your acceptance and the agreement has been signed by both parties, an invoice will be issued accordingly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please note that we are unable to issue a donation receipt for tax purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Furthermore, depending on the structure of the sponsorship, deductions of more than 40% \u2013 primarily of a tax-related nature \u2013 may apply. We are currently exploring solutions to minimize this impact, for example through the possibility of direct payment of certain invoices by the sponsor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the Exhibit<\/em> package, booth setup is only possible on October 9 and 10. Please note that locking the booth area is not possible. Dismantling must be completed in full by October 15. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you wish to book a sponsorship package, notification must be provided no later than June 15, 2027.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
