All authors presenting posters should complete their conference fee payment by XXth of August 2027 for regular registration and by 15th of June 2027 for early bird.

The participation fee includes:
- Participation in the scientific program

- Participants who wish to attend the conference dinner on Tuesday, 12th of October, will be charged separately at 80 EUR per person.

Additional information (such as the participant’s name) is only required if the person making the payment differs from the participant and therefore cannot be clearly assigned.
Alternatively, the participation fee can be paid via the electronic payment portal of the Free State of Bavaria (https://epay.bayern.de/eps-payplatform/start.action) using MasterCard/VisaCard, direct debit, or PayPal. In this case, in addition to the payer’s details and the invoice amount, the PK number 2529 6000 1571 (without any further information) must also be entered.
