All amounts stated are inclusive of taxes. After registration and expression of interest in a specific sponsorship package, a sponsorship agreement will be sent to you. Once you confirm your acceptance and the agreement has been signed by both parties, an invoice will be issued accordingly.
Please note that we are unable to issue a donation receipt for tax purposes.
Furthermore, depending on the structure of the sponsorship, deductions of more than 40% – primarily of a tax-related nature – may apply. We are currently exploring solutions to minimize this impact, for example through the possibility of direct payment of certain invoices by the sponsor.
For the Exhibit package, booth setup is only possible on October 9 and 10. Please note that locking the booth area is not possible. Dismantling must be completed in full by October 15.
If you wish to book a sponsorship package, notification must be provided no later than June 15, 2027.
